World's Liquid Metals Part 2

1. Indium :

Indium is a chemical element with the symbol In. The periodic table number of Indium is 49. Indium is not a pure element found from the nature. It is the by product of the Zinc and Lead from the refining process. It is soft, with a color of Silvery White.

Indium is highly Malleable and Ductile. It is also a good conductor of heat and electricity and having a low melting point and a high boiling point. It is a thermal conductor and a resistance to corrosion. The melting point of Indium is 156.6 Degree Celsius and the boiling point is 2080 Celsius.

2. Lead :

Lead is a chemical element with the symbol of Pb. The periodic table number of Lead is 82. Lead is one of the toxic liquid metal when it is inhaled or mixed in human body. Lead is a heavy metal which is soft and malleable. Lead has been used by humans for over a thousands of years.

The usage of lead has been limited in my countries to prevent the lead poisonings. Lead has been used in the production of batteries, Radiation shielding. The Lead is found in small amounts in the Earth's crust. The melting point of lead is 327.5 degree Celsius and the boiling point of lead is  1749 degree Celsius.

3. Plutonium :

Plutonium is a radioactive chemical element with the symbol of Pu. The periodic table number of plutonium is 94. Plutonium is considered as one of the most dangerous chemical element because it is highly radioactive and can remain radioactive for more than a 1000 years.

Plutonium is a silvery gray metal metal which is highly toxic and carcinogenic. Plutonium is one of the highly classified element. The radioactivity of Plutonium is much higher than the uranium. Plutonium is used in the production of americium which is used in the smoke detectors. The melting point of plutonium is 639 degree Celsius and the boiling point of Plutonium is 3232 degree Celsius.

4. Antimony :

Antimony is a chemical element with the symbol of Sb. The periodic table number of antimony is 51. Antimony is found in only small quantities in the Earth's crust. It is a byproduct of the smelting of the Lead ores. It is a poor conductor of heat and electricity.

Antimony is a silvery white white metalloid with a brittle nature. Antimony is also danger to inhale or expose. That may cause the respiratory related issues and skin related diseases. The melting point of Antimony is 630.5 degree Celsius and the boiling point of Antimony is 1587 degree Celsius.

5. Thallium :

Thallium is a chemical element with the symbol TI. The periodic table number of thallium is 81. Thallium is also one of the toxic metal which is dangerous for humans to inhale or being exposed. Thallium is also a rare element which is found in the nature but not in the pure form.

Thallium is a soft liquid metal and it is very malleable. Thallium is considered as one of the hazardous element. It is used in the production of thermostats and fire sprinklers. The melting point of  Thallium is 303.5 degree Celsius and the boiling point of thallium is 1473 degree Celsius.
