Oldest Languages in History Part 1

1. Tamil : 

                    Tamil is known as one of the oldest language in the world. It is one of a Language that has survived and evolved to the modern world. The Tamil community is adding more new words in Tamil that are being introduced for words like Computer, Smartphone. This is an official language of Tamil Nadu that is State in India. Inscriptions of Tamil language are dating back to 3rd Centaury B.C. It is one of the official language on India.

              Tamil is one the longest surviving Classical Language in the world. Tamil language was started to be documented for over 2000 years. It is also said that Tamil Language was a language old of 5000 years. Tamil language is having a vast amount of Grammar that is hard to learn. Even a small change in the spelling of a word can change a entire sentence.

2. Sanskrit  : 

                     Sanskrit is also one the oldest language in the World. It was started its existence over 5000 years. It is a classical language of South Asia. Sanskrit is one of the oldest language that has fell out of existence from common usage around 600 B.C. But still Sanskrit is still an official language of India. Most of the south Asian languages have been diffused from the Sanskrit.

            Sanskrit is one of the Sacred Language of Hinduism. Mostly Sanskrit is used in Hinduism and Jainism. The first written record of Sanskrit is to be found in Rig Veda. A collection of 1028 Hymns. Sanskrit is used as one of the ceremonial language in Hinduism for Hymns and Chants.

3. Egyptian :

                 

                         Egyptian is considered as one of the oldest civilizations in the World. Egyptian Coptic is one of  the oldest Indigenous Language of the Egypt. The Egyptian Language usage is dating back to 3400 B.C. It has a written Language of over 4000 years. It classical Language is middle Egyptian Language. Coptic is used as the Liturgical Language at Coptic Church. Only a few people speak this language fluently.

   4. Hebrew :

                   Hebrew is also a oldest language around 3000 years. This Language has lost its common usage around 400 CE. This Language is now a Liturgical Language. This Language is now being protected by the Jews. This Language has gone to a stage of Revival. This Language is now an official Language of Israel. This language now differs from the old world due to evolution. Hebrew was a language that is being used for prayer and study.

5. Greek  :

                

                         Greek was language that has been in existence for over 3000 years. It has a written language history of 2900 years. This language is also having a specialty of being used continuously. Greek is the official language of Greek and Cyprus. Greek places a important role in the History of the Western World. Greek is known as the oldest recorded living Language. Greek words are being mostly used in other Languages. USA and Australia is also having a Largest community of Greek Speaking.
