1.Plague of Athens :


                                           The plague of Athens was an virus which had thrown a biggest threat in the city of Athens in the time of the ancient Greek during the time of the Peloponnesian war. It killed nearly 100000 people. One fourth of the population the city of Athens is dead.

                                          Due to this this biggest outbreak in  the city of Athens it is named as Plague of Athens. This plague has happened thrice in the history. The symptoms are redness, Inflammation in the eyes, Loss of voice, Vomiting, Extreme Thirst.

2.Swine Flu :


                            Swine Flu is a flu from the family of Influenza virus. This virus created a pandemic situation from 2009-2010. With this it has came thrice in history. The WHO[World health organization] declared this virus as one of the deadliest viruses. The suspecting victims of this virus is more than 700 million.

                            This swine flu has death count of nearly 600000 people. This virus was first occurred in the Spain. The confirmed cases were over 100000 people in 2009 only. The special thing about this virus is that it didn't affect those who are over the age of 60. The symptoms are fever, Cough, Dizziness.

3. Cholera Pandemic :

                                     Cholera pandemic is also known as Asiatic cholera pandemic. This has reached from India across the European Countries. Cholera caused death more quickly and higher. The causalities of cholera pandemic is more than 1000000.

                                 The first cholera pandemic was from Calcutta in 1817-1824. After the first pandemic situation has been cleared a second pandemic of cholera has been spread from the Russia to the Rest of the European Countries.

4.Polio :

                                    Polio is a infectious virus has been caused because of the polio virus. The polio virus has been considered as one of the most dangerous virus. This polio virus has been existing from over 1000 years. This polio virus affects only Humans.

                               The most rare effect of the polio virus is permanent paralysis and  possible extreme cases of death. This is a highly infectious disease through oral transmission. This became the most worrying in the child disease. There is no specific treatment to it. But it can be prevented by polio vaccination. 

5. COVID- 19 : 


                   Covid -19 is also known as the corona virus. This is a highly contagious disease caused by a virus. The virus was found in 2019.The first registered case of corona virus is in Wuhan, China. The severe acute respiratory syndrome corona virus. This disease has been spread quickly all over the world easily. The causalities are more than 6100000.

                 The symptoms of Covid - 19 are fever, trouble in breathing, fatigue, loss of smell, loss of taste. At least third of the people who are affected doesn't show any of the symptoms. Symptoms may begin after minimum of fourteen days. There is no permanent cure to this but it can be prevented by using of immuno boosters.
